An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Secretary / Conveyancing Assistant to join a well‑established law firm offering practical legal solutions across property, family, employment, and corporate law. As part of the conveyancing team, you will provide essential support within residential property transactions from start to finish. This full‑time, office‑based role offers a salary range of GBP 24,000 – GBP 25,000 and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Draft legal documentation and prepare contracts
  • Manage correspondence with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of at least 6 months working in a residential conveyancing team
