The Opportunity

No formal surveying qualifications are required for this role. This is a massive entry‑level opportunity. What You Will Be Doing
- You will be the vital right‑hand support to the surveyor, helping them navigate and safely complete daily site surveys.
- Carry, set up, and safely secure ladders on site.
- Act as the dedicated ladder man ensuring strict health and safety protocols are maintained at the base while the surveyor works at height.
- Assist the surveyor around the properties, clear site access, and move equipment.
- Meet up with the lead surveyor in the morning and travel together in the surveyors vehicle to various local sites (lift:sharing).
Who We Are Looking For
This role is highly physical and requires you to be on your feet all day, so you must be in good health with no pre‑existing conditions that limit manual labour.

- A valid CSCS Card
- Good physical health and comfort working with ladders/heights.
- Having your own car/transport is handy, though you will primarily be travelling in the surveyors vehicle during the day.
