Warehouse Manager in King's Lynn

• Warehouse Manager – Kings Lynn, Norfolk
• Mandays: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (Early Finish Fridays)

We are a growing manufacturer looking for an experienced warehouse manager to join a busy team.

The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing receiving and dispatch, and maintaining accurate records in the MRP system.

• Role and Responsibilities
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a busy warehouse.
• Coordinate receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Lead a team of 4 warehouse operatives.
• Ensure all stock and finished goods are stored and secured safely.
• Drive forklifts and move stock when required.
• Maintain accurate stock records on the MRP system.
• Process purchase orders and goods‑in receipts within 24 hours.
• Work closely with production planners to ensure production kits and materials are moved on time.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years experience as a warehouse manager.
• Experience leading a small team, including task setting, prioritisation and training.
• Previously worked in a warehouse connected to manufacturing.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Must hold a valid forklift licence.
• Proficiency with an MRP system.
