If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity, then this could be great for you. We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an anticipated 6‑month contract based in the Kings Lynn area. This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects.

Your daily responsibilities will include conducting Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (R and D) surveys on residential properties. You will also be required to take any necessary samples for suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs), and document the properties in‑site in accordance with HSG264 guidelines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • You must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH / UKATA equivalent).
  • You must have a demonstrable post‑qualification track record, with specific proven experience surveying housing and residential properties.
  • This will be a fully independent role, therefore you must be highly experienced in working under your own initiative, managing your own weekly schedule and workload, and ensuring the timely submission of survey reports.
