- Oversee daily site activities during both construction and operation
- Implement and maintain Health and Safety, Environmental, and building regulations
- Manage materials effectively, aligning with development progress and budgets
- Attend site meetings and conduct regular site inspections

- Strong background working within the build industry for a main contractor
- CSCS site manager qualified (Black or White academic card)
