Hawk 3 are recruiting for an Inspector to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment in Poole. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a fast-moving production team, this could be a great opportunity. What you’ll be doing
You will be working closely with production and supply chain teams to help keep everything running smoothly: identifying issues early, supporting quality standards, and making sure products are right the first time.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Checking materials, components, and finished products for quality compliance
- Logging inspection results and working with internal systems
- Spotting and resolving issues before they impact production or delivery
- Supporting production teams to keep things moving efficiently
- Getting involved in problem-solving and continuous improvement activity
What we’re looking for
- A keen eye for detail and a quality-first mindset
- Experience in manufacturing or inspection (helpful but not essential)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment
