A modern British restaurant and bar in Soho is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join a friendly, skilled kitchen team.
Role details
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Help run service and lead a section when needed
- Manage prep and service standards across the kitchen
- Train, guide, and support junior chefs on shift
- Keep quality, consistency, and speed on point during busy services
- Support ordering, stock rotation, and waste control
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards
- Modern British cooking led by seasonality, freshness, and creativity
- Fresh food and scratch cooking
- Team of around 6 people on shift
- Shifts between 10:00 and 22:00
Pay and Benefits
- A GBP 38,000 to A GBP 42,000 per year, inclusive of tronc
