The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will be required to provide the best possible care and support both physically and emotionally to residents on a daily or nightly basis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care
- Getting ready for the day or night ahead
- Assisting with set routines
- Providing an exceptional level of care and support during the day or night
Being a Care Assistant is a busy role where residents' needs will be your top priority. You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a very supportive management team. You will ensure all residents' activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner. You will quickly become part of the home, a great place to live and work.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for care. You will work as part of a friendly care team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.
