Key Responsibilities

• Lead ecological surveys and assessments, including habitat and species surveys.
• Prepare high‑quality ecological reports, impact assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide expert ecological advice to clients and project teams.
• Mentor and support junior ecologists within the team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policy, and industry best practice.

Requirements

• Degree or higher qualification in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Significant post‑graduate experience in a consultancy or applied ecological setting.
• Experience with protected species surveys and habitat assessments.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work across the East of England.
