A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Woolverstone, Ipswich area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. This care home provides an environment where staff enables their residents to feel free to go about their daily lives. They work with Dementia Care Matters to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:
  • Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
  • Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
  • Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
  • Report any ill health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience of working in a care setting.
  • A good team player.
  • 1+ Year NMC registration.
  • Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
Benefits:
  • The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP22.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP54,912 per annum.
