We are delighted to be working with an impact investment firm , focused on asset and wealth management that drives social and environmental progress.
They support early-stage tech ventures through innovative financial solutions, including venture debt and equity. As a growing business, they are looking for an investment partner in their new life science and healthcare fund.
The Individual
We are looking for an experienced Investment Director looking for a step into a Partner position, or a current Partner, either with extensive experience in life science and healthcare investments.
You will have experience working with early-stage businesses and feel comfortable leading a new fund.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking, with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences sectors.
* Ability to develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the fund\'s objectives.
* Experience in guiding portfolio companies through growth phases, including scaling operations and preparing for exits.
* Capability to serve on boards, providing strategic oversight and governance to portfolio companies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry partners.
