The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the estimating and bid teams to firm up prices and costs for each package based on initial bids.
  • Compiling a working scope of works and bill of quantities for each package.
  • Collaborating with the supply chain to establish delivery plans for each phase.
  • Placing orders, arranging pre‑start meetings and managing the scheme coordination with the delivery team.
  • Carrying out standard quantity surveying tasks: valuations, payments, remeasures, managing variation accounts, CVRs and reporting (weekly, monthly) and forecasting through to final account.
  • Operating under the supervision of a Senior QS who will provide training and development.
  • Managing your own smaller schemes from procurement through to final account, while gaining exposure to larger, more complex packages.
