We are partnering with a high‐growth, multi‐site hospitality group seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the Management Board during a pivotal phase of expansion. The Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the group's finance function, guiding strategic decision making, managing lender relationships, and strengthening the finance team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Full P&L, cash flow, and covenant management
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and capex governance
  • Leading statutory accounts, audits, and compliance
  • Providing commercial insight to support operational and strategic initiatives

Ideal Candidate

  • Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with FD or Head of Finance experience in multi‐site retail/hospitality
  • Expertise in cash flow management, lender negotiations, and covenant compliance
  • Hands on, commercially minded, analytical, and skilled in team leadership
  • Confident communicator with Board‐level influence
