Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of industrial, automatic, and pedestrian doors.
  • Conduct routine inspections, fault‑finding, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional service on‑site, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensure all work meets Health and Safety standards and hold or obtain a valid CSCS card.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional engineering team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2+ years experience working with industrial and/or automatic doors.
  • Clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel (approx. 75 %)
  • Sound understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and represent Croma to the highest standard.
  • Desirable: Electrical qualification, Automatic Door and Access Control experience.
