An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Lawyer to join its specialist team, offering a competitive package and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Industrial Disease claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law.
- Deliver clear, practical legal advice; meet billing targets and manage competing deadlines with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience handling Industrial Disease claims and ability to manage files independently as a complete case handler.
