An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Lawyer to join its specialist team, offering a competitive package and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Industrial Disease claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law.
  • Deliver clear, practical legal advice; meet billing targets and manage competing deadlines with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience handling Industrial Disease claims and ability to manage files independently as a complete case handler.
  • Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge of Industrial Disease matters; proven billing record.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to remain calm under pressure; attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication; working knowledge of compliance requirements, relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules.
