The predicted salary is between 48000 - 52000 £ per year.

Mediplacements are currently in need of an experienced band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Immunology to work at our client's laboratory located in Hertfordshire. This is a full-time position due to start as soon as possible with a pay rate of GBP23-GBP25 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of antibody/antigen associations and disease processes (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of autoantibody and allergy analysis (mandatory)
  • Experience of reading and interpreting a range of common patterns tested by indirect immunofluorescence (mandatory)
  • Experience operating Phadia analyser (desirable)
