The school is looking to appoint an Administrator to work in their school office. This is a full‑time role starting ASAP, with office hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a team and under the supervision of the school Business Manager.
  • Support the school Business Manager by assisting with daily office jobs such as inputting school data, sorting posts, admissions, attendance and typing letters.
  • Facilitate effective communication between staff, parents and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the coordination of school events, meetings and parent:teacher conferences.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience working in a school office, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is ESSENTIAL (sponsorship is not available with this role).
  • DBS on an update service is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling student and school-related information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
