Permanent Housekeeping Staff – 25‑hour part‑time shift (effective 25 hours per week) or 35‑hour full‑time shift.

Location: Cirencester, GL7 6JS.

Salary and Rate Increase

  • Full‑time equivalent annual salary: £22,768 p/a.
  • Pro‑rata salary for the 25‑hour shift: £16,263 p/a.
  • Hourly allowance will rise from £12.21 to £12.71 p/h in line with the National Living Wage from 1 April 2026.

Working Hours

Core hours are 07:30 to 15:00 on weekdays and weekends, on a rota basis. Additional flexibility during the summer conference season may be required.

Responsibilities

Clean and service a variety of areas including student accommodation, offices, and public spaces, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided. Candidates should take pride in their work, enjoy teamwork, and be committed to providing a high level of service.
