A prestigious hotel in West Sussex is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead their operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for a confident and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment.

Salary: A GBP 85,000 + Bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a multi-departmental team, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including Front of House, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Events.
  • Deliver excellent guest service, maintaining high standards and consistent quality.
