My client is a vibrant and growing leisure business, and we are excited to find a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager for one of their venues in SW London. This role suits someone who enjoys a fun, dynamic environment with a focus on excellent service but without too many late nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead the hospitality team during event days and regular service
- Ensure smooth planning and delivery of a premium guest experience
- Manage stock control and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with the conferences and events sales team
- Oversee training and development for hospitality and front:of:house teams
- Create weekly rotas, manage scheduling, and handle client billing
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire Regulations, and Licensing Laws
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Proven experience in a high:volume food and beverage environment, preferably within leisure or entertainment
- Experience delivering large:scale events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Adaptable problem solver, comfortable working under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a fast:paced, fun, and customer:focused environment
