Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a high‑profile public sector contract. Responsible for fault‑finding, plant repairs, and ensuring all works meet BS7671 standards. Includes fabric repairs, subcontractor supervision, and CAFM reporting.
Impact: High‑standard building maintenance acting as the face of the company; requires a proactive engineer capable of managing shutdowns and safety documentation.
Requirements (Essential)
- Level 3 Electrical Installation (NVQ or C and G).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Valid UK Driver’s Licence (Clean).
- Proven commercial maintenance and fault‑finding experience.
Desirable
- IPAF, PASMA, or experience as an AP/CP.
