Responsibilities
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit
- Coordinating technical design information across multiple project stages
- Preparing and submitting planning and building regulations applications
- Liaising with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to support smooth delivery
- Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations, building safety standards and best practice
- Incorporating sustainable design principles into technical solutions
Qualifications
- Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician, Part 2 Architectural Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong background of 5 years in UK residential design and construction, including new builds and conversions.
- Member of CIAT (ACIAT, MCIAT) or RIBA.
- Skilled in producing RIBA Stage 4 and 5 drawing packages.
- Advanced Revit capability with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
