Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support English and literacy across key stages.

You will work closely with teachers, lead lessons when required, support individuals and small groups, and help monitor progress.

The successful candidate will have HLTA status or be working towards it, be patient, proactive and a strong team player with excellent communication.
