About TLC Space:
TLC Space Ltd is a small, supportive team of experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapists providing neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred care. We work from our sensory clinics in Camberley and Grayshott, as well as in schools and community settings. We value connection, creativity, and collaboration, believing children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and celebrated. Our team has postgraduate training including Ayres Sensory Integration, Interoception, Therapeutic Listening and CO:OP.
About The Role:
We’re looking for a compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist who enjoys working holistically with children and families within a warm, collaborative team. You will deliver assessments and intervention across clinic, school and community settings, supported by regular supervision and peer support.
You Will:
- Complete holistic OT assessments
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group therapy
- Write clear, strength-based reports
- Develop child-led, goal-focused intervention plans
- Work closely with families, schools and professionals
- Support children with a range of needs including autism, sensory differences, DCD, cerebral palsy and other neurodevelopmental conditions
Who We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Paediatric clinical experience
- Strong assessment, report writing and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
- Postgraduate training (e.g. ASI, Interoception, CO:OP, Therapeutic Listening)
- Experience across clinic, school and community settings
