Location: High Wycombe, England, United Kingdom

Shift: Rotating weekly shifts

Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (37.5 hours)

Pay rate: GBP 15.59 rotating shifts

Employment type: Temporary ongoing

Our client is a global leader in the development and application of electrically conductive and thermal materials, working within various industries such as Automotive, defence and industrial.

Previous production or assembly experience within a manufacturing organisation is ideal. This varied and challenging position will draw from a broad range of skills including problem solving, multitasking, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Check product produced by machine for quality.
  • Heavy lifting and manual handling.
  • Mixing, testing and packing, moulding parts.
  • Labelling and repackaging of products.
  • Prepare all materials that are to be loaded into the machine.
  • Make sure all materials are loaded into the machine quickly and efficiently so that downtime is limited.
  • Keep the work area clean and tidy.

The Ideal Production Operator:

  • Experience within a production/manufacturing/warehouse environment is essential.
  • Willingness to do overtime.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and skills.
  • The ability to do regular lifting of 20kg bags.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
