As an HGV Technician, you will be maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and safety standards. This full-time role offers a minimum salary of GBP 19 per hour and benefits, with manufacturer training with Mercedes Trucks available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair heavy goods vehicles.
- Ensure high-quality service and safety standards.
- Work independently, demonstrating strong mechanical skills.
- Pay attention to detail and commit to delivering quality work.
Qualifications
- Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Truck Technician, Truck Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Must have experience working with HGVs.
- Ideally have prior experience with Mercedes Trucks.
- Fully qualified HGV Technician.
- Background working in truck dealerships is beneficial.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Shift
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (overtime)
