My client is a specialist service provider of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning machinery. They are looking for an Engineer to join their team near Hereford on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Providing servicing and maintenance for refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Identifying and rectifying faults on refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Guidance and assistance to customers as required on functional and technical information
- Maintaining working relationships with colleagues and clients
Qualifications
- 3 years or more of experience in a similar Service/Maintenance Engineering position
- Background in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with knowledge of refrigeration systems and principles
- F-Gas qualified
- Knowledge of brazing
- Degree/HNC/HND/BTEC/NVQ qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Good mathematical and general engineering knowledge
- Ability to understand system requirements
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
