About The Position
- Responsible for managing all F and B outlets to the highest standards
- Report to the General Manager
- Manage the kitchen and BOH
- Oversee daily auditing of F and B standards
- Drive staff training to the highest level
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
The successful candidate
- Will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a F and B Manager
- A strong understanding of operations
- A high level of customer service
- Have a can:do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
- High volume experience in hotels would be a benefit
