About The Role
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, your duties include providing support and encouragement, following both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will maintain accurate records in line with service requirements, administer personal care and medication as needed, and may cover sleep in sessions, earning an additional A GBP 60 per sleep in.
The service is a residential home on Wall Street in Hereford city centre, offering state‑of‑the‑art equipment and highly trained staff. It specializes in supporting people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and acquired brain injury or stroke, adopting a person‑centred, flexible approach with active staff support.
