The Forward Trust in Hertfordshire is seeking a Senior Programme and Peer Coordinator to join the team at HMP The Mount, working 35 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the delivery of the 6-week Bridge Programme and help develop a culture of recovery and peer support across the service.
The Bridge Programme is based on 12-step principles and includes MET and Seeking Safety; you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise onsite peers.
