We are currently seeking a skilled Heat Pump Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing ground and air heat pumps, as well as experience in servicing and repairing existing systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking company dedicated to promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct installation of ground and air heat pumps in residential and commercial settings.
  2. Perform routine servicing and maintenance of heat pump systems to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing heat pump installations, providing efficient and effective repairs.
  4. Collaborate with clients to explain technical aspects, offer recommendations, and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all installations, servicing, and repairs.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in the installation of ground and air heat pumps.
  2. Strong knowledge of heat pump systems and their components.
  3. Ability to diagnose and repair heat pump issues effectively.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
  6. Relevant qualifications in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) or a related field.
  7. Valid driver’s licence.
