A market-leading law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Barrister to join its specialist Healthcare team in Liverpool.
The appointed Lawyer will work with clients in the health and social care sectors, focusing on inquests and advocacy. You will advise on public law issues such as public and patient involvement and consultation, governance and constitutional issues, judicial review and human rights. There will also be opportunities to handle Court of Protection matters. You will be part of a successful team of healthcare specialists and will have the ability to identify new products and work streams relevant to clients while developing new business.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Barrister or Solicitor with a proven track record in Inquests work. Any exposure to Court of Protection and experience working with clients in the healthcare sector would be advantageous but is not essential. What is vital is that you are a team player with exceptional communication skills, a focus on client service and care.
