This isn't about maintaining an existing estate. This is about helping build something from the ground up. A well-backed hospitality business is preparing to roll out an exciting new restaurant concept and is looking for a Head of Operations to help shape the journey. You'll work closely with the founders and senior leadership team to build the operational foundations, culture, and structure required to scale successfully. The business already has ambitious plans, but they're looking for someone who can turn those plans into reality: creating an operation that is commercially strong, people-focused, and built to grow.

The Role

  • Lead the operational rollout of a new restaurant concept
  • Build the systems, standards and operating model that will support future growth
  • Recruit, develop and inspire high-performing management teams
  • Create a culture that people want to be part of
  • Oversee new openings from pre-launch through to stabilisation
  • Drive performance across people, product, service and profitability
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future direction of the brand
  • Ensure consistency whilst maintaining the personality and energy of a growing business
  • Take ownership of operational budgets, labour models and commercial performance
  • Act as the bridge between strategy and execution

The Person

  • Currently operating at Head of Operations, Operations Director or Senior Operations Manager level
  • Strong multi-site restaurant experience within a premium hospitality environment
  • Proven experience opening and scaling concepts
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of P and L management
  • Passionate about people development and building strong cultures
  • Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment
  • Hands-on when needed but capable of thinking strategically
  • Strong communicator who can influence at every level
  • Energetic, ambitious and excited by growth
  • Someone who wants to leave their mark on a brand rather than simply manage one
