This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to shape brand direction, drive commercial impact and lead from the front. As Head of Marketing, you will set the vision, build momentum across channels and ensure marketing activity genuinely moves the business forward.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Head of Marketing:

  • Owning and delivering the overarching strategy across brand, trade, digital, media and events
  • Leading and developing a team, setting clear direction, priorities and standards
  • Driving impactful omnichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness and support sales growth
  • Overseeing brand presentation, visual identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints
  • Managing budgets, performance reporting and continuous optimisation
  • Identifying and embracing new technology, platforms and ideas to keep activity ahead of the curve

What you’ll bring to the table as a Head of Marketing:

  • Previous senior marketing leadership experience within fashion, accessories or a closely related consumer sector
  • Proven experience managing and developing an in-house marketing team
  • Strong strategic capability with the ability to translate vision into practical, commercial delivery
  • Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • A track record of adopting new tools, technology and innovative approaches within marketing functions

This is a full-time role, office-based, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.
