We are partnering with a highly regarded luxury lifestyle business within the real estate and hospitality services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the business in a senior operational leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Role

  • Reporting into the HR Director, the Head of HR Operations will lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
  • This is a hands-on role requiring strong HR generalist expertise, commercial judgement and the ability to operate confidently within a lean and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Lead the operational delivery of the HR function across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Advise managers and senior leaders on employee relations, performance management and organisational matters.
  • Oversee HR policies, processes, payroll and benefits to ensure efficiency, compliance and a high-quality employee experience.
  • Support organisational planning, development initiatives and HR change projects across the business.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the wider HR team while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior operational HR role within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience in luxury space, hospitality or real estate.
  • Strong HR generalist background across employee relations, performance management, payroll and organisational change.
  • Excellent employment law knowledge with the ability to apply pragmatic and commercially focused judgement.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, including experience working with HR data and reporting.
  • CIPD qualified (Level 7 preferred) with experience managing or mentoring junior HR team members.
