The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is recruiting for a strategic leader to oversee frontline training delivery.

You will guide learning initiatives for Driving Examiners, Enforcement Officers and Vehicle Assessors, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused programmes aligned to organisational priorities.

You will work with People Directorate colleagues and senior HR teams to shape capability needs, manage change, and promote ongoing workforce development across the DVSA.
