I am currently recruiting for a Head of Food and Beverage to join a dynamic hospitality organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to take ownership of the full F and B operation, shaping the future direction of the offering and driving service excellence.

About The Position

  • Oversee the smooth running of all F and B outlets, kitchen operations, and events
  • Continuously improve service standards, product quality, and cost efficiency
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F and B and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage stock levels, financial controls, revenue tracking, and departmental payroll
  • Work closely with the kitchen team on menu development
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Maintain exemplary hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all outlets
  • Provide analysis of key business KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Maximise commercial opportunities, including rooftop and event revenue

Successful Candidate

  • Previous experience in a senior F and B leadership role is essential
  • Strong background in hospitality operations
  • Excellent understanding of financial management, forecasting, and cost control
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for developing teams
  • Genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach
