I am currently recruiting for a Head of Food and Beverage to join a dynamic hospitality organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to take ownership of the full F and B operation, shaping the future direction of the offering and driving service excellence.

About The Position
- Oversee the smooth running of all F and B outlets, kitchen operations, and events
- Continuously improve service standards, product quality, and cost efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate the F and B and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional service
- Manage stock levels, financial controls, revenue tracking, and departmental payroll
- Work closely with the kitchen team on menu development
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Maintain exemplary hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all outlets
- Provide analysis of key business KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Maximise commercial opportunities, including rooftop and event revenue
Successful Candidate
- Previous experience in a senior F and B leadership role is essential
- Strong background in hospitality operations
- Excellent understanding of financial management, forecasting, and cost control
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for developing teams
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences
