We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head Housekeeper to lead a high-quality housekeeping operation within a luxury resident-focused environment. You will oversee daily housekeeping standards, manage rotas and staffing, support the team on the ground, and ensure residents receive a responsive, professional and discreet service at all times.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping operation day to day
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all areas
  • Manage rotas, cover, stock control, and supplies
  • Support and develop the housekeeping team through training and coaching
  • Carry out inspections and respond quickly to operational issues
  • Coordinate specialist cleaning and high-service resident areas
  • Build positive relationships with residents and handle queries professionally
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and infection control standards
