  • Lead a housekeeping team, managing the cleaning rota and leading by example.
  • Plan the weekly audit programme, order new cleaning products, support and supervise colleagues.
  • Stay up to date on infection control procedures and plan training.
  • Ensure the wellbeing of our residents is always prioritised.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a housekeeping team.
  • Record keeping and time management skills.
  • Comprehensive awareness of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control.
  • Positive energy and natural ability to get along with people, be considerate and kind.
