About the Role:

An exciting opportunity to lead the kitchen of a highly regarded private members\’ club, delivering Modern European dishes with a Mediterranean twist. This role offers creative freedom, leadership, and the chance to work with premium ingredients in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of 12 chefs.
2. Create innovative, ingredient-focused menus with open fire cooking.
3. Oversee lunch and dinner services (Monday-Saturday) with Sunday event.
4. Manage up to 100 covers during events and private dining functions.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-end establishments or members clubs.
2. Passion for Modern European cuisine and working with top-quality ingredients.
3. Strong leadership and organisational skills to succeed in a fast-paced kitchen.

Working Conditions:

Services include lunch, dinner, and exclusive events. Covers range from 50 for regular service to 100 for events.
