Randstad Student Support is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist Mentor to provide individualized support to neurodiverse learners within a higher education setting. This role is vital in ensuring student well-being and success.
Position Description
- Develop and implement personalized support plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide high-quality mental health guidance and counseling services.
- Collaborate effectively with university support staff, including academic advisors and disability services.
- Guide and support students in navigating academic challenges and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of support services.
