Role and Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance, PPMs, and repairs
- Working on a variety of production machinery
- Part of a close knit, skilled team that is growing and developing
- Start‑up and shut‑down processing plan, equipment and facilities
- Carry out safety tests
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Be comfortable working on mechanical or electrical problems and faults within a heavy manufacturing environment
- Ideally have experience working on motors, conveyors, gears, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Able to competently weld and grind
- Team player able to do ad hoc tasks when necessary
