Duties
- Be the face for this business
- Meeting and greeting guests on arrival
- Managing a large team of front of house staff
- Accepting table reservations and managing the system
- Maintaining a clean, stylish reception area
- Taking calls, messages and enquiries β the whole booking system
- Maintaining and updating reservations systems: setting SOPs
Qualifications
- Needs to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards
- Work in a professional yet friendly manner
- Be a team player and assist where required
- Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team
- Be able to manage strong senior receptionists
- Must have solid restaurant reception experience at a senior level
