TipTopJob is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives for roles in Stourbridge. Candidates will be responsible for tasks such as grass/lawn cutting, hedge cutting, litter picking, and operating powered tools.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in grounds or horticulture is required, alongside a clear criminal record and a valid driver’s licence. The roles are permanent following a probationary period of 13–15 weeks, with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
