This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Associate, Key Holder or Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing their retail management career with a globally recognised premium brand.

The Role: As Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the store while helping to motivate and develop your team to achieve outstanding results. You will lead from the front, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer experiences the very best of the Lacoste brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Support the management team in achieving sales and KPI targets
- Coach and motivate team members to maximise performance

What We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor, Key Holder or Team Leader role within retail
- Experience working towards sales and KPI targets
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence leading and motivating others on the shop floor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment
Desirable Experience:
- Experience within fashion, lifestyle, premium or luxury retail
- Experience coaching or mentoring team members
- Additional language skills
