Our client is a well-established and growing structural engineering consultancy based near Banbury, Oxfordshire, who are looking to appoint a talented Structural Engineer with around 3 years industry experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and technically strong team delivering a broad range of projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.

The Role

You will be involved in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with senior engineers, architects, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Structural design using steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
  • Producing calculations, drawings, and technical reports
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and design teams
  • Attending site visits and project meetings
  • Supporting project delivery to programme and budget

About You

  • Around 3 years structural engineering experience within a consultancy environment
  • Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Experience using industry-standard design software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to progress professionally towards Chartership
