Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small class basis
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons focused on communication and life skills
- Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
- Working collaboratively with Behaviour Analysts, Therapists and teaching staff
- Helping students build independence and confidence
- Maintaining a calm, positive and structured learning environment
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or individuals with disabilities
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent
