Responsibilities
- Lead loss elimination and process optimisation across packaging and processing lines
- Reduce stoppages, changeovers, waste and variability through data‑driven problem solving
- Develop and maintain technical standards and ensure lines run to standard
- Train and coach technicians and line teams on root cause analysis and basic conditions
- Support digital and automation projects to improve performance and consistency
- Drive OR and DBNR improvements and share best practices across lines
- Act as deputy for the CI Manager when required
Qualifications
- Strong FMCG manufacturing knowledge in processing and packaging
- Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering background with hands‑on problem‑solving ability
- Skilled in data analysis, statistics and technical troubleshooting
- Experience with FI, AM, PM, Q, PD and ICMS tools
- Ability to design processes, optimise manpower and reduce NVAA
- Strong project management and FMEA capability
- Confident trainer, coach and cross‑functional collaborator
- Strong business acumen with understanding of manufacturing financial KPIs
