Im recruiting for multiple Network Engineer opportunities within a secure, technology: driven environment.

These positions are available across a range of experience levels, making them suitable for engineers looking to progress their careers as well as experienced professionals seeking greater technical responsibility.

Youll be involved in supporting and improving enterprise: scale network infrastructure, working with modern networking, security, virtualisation and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage routing, switching and network security technologies.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Support upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvement projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring where appropriate.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, VLANs, DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HPE or Fortinet.
  • Understanding of network security principles and best practice.
  • Strong communication and problem: solving skills.

Desirable Skills

  • OSPF, BGP, EIGRP or MPLS.
  • Firewall and VPN technologies.
  • Wireless networking.
  • VMware, Hyper-V, KVM or similar virtualisation platforms.
  • AWS, Azure or hybrid cloud networking.
  • Ansible, Terraform, Python or other automation tools.
  • Network monitoring and management platforms.
  • Software Defined Networking (SDN).
