  • Base Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

Working Hours

9/10 day working fortnight – average 37 hour working week.

Responsibilities

  • Use AutoCAD to create electrical designs for standard and special purpose machinery (lead plate feeders, stackers, casting machines, assembly machines, robot loading).
  • Develop electrical schematics, cabinet layouts, BOMs and termination lists.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Select electrical components.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, software and other engineering teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in an electrical design role.
  • HNC (or equivalent) in electrical engineering or similar.
  • Proficiency using AutoCAD or similar.
  • Design for manufacture experience.
